Hi! I am an artist and this virtual store is intended to sell my services and products online. These are the terms and conditions that must be understood and accepted before making any purchase:

1) ABOUT ILLUSTRATION SERVICES
- The hired illustration will be done in my drawing style. 
- I don't make copies of other people's drawings, even if you pay me to do that.
- I do not make illustrations involving pornography or sensitive content.
- You will have all rights to use the image (you can use it for commercial purposes).
- The illustration can be placed in my portfolios (website, instagram, behance, artstation, etc) as a way to show the work I do, but in no way will I use the illustration for commercial purposes.

2) ABOUT YOUR PRIVACY AND SECURITY
- I will NEVER make your data available to third parties, as I respect your privacy.
- The site has an SSL certificate for your security.
- Payment details are encrypted and are not stored with me.
- Registration data on the website such as name, address and contact are stored in a secure and exclusive environment of the website.
- I will never send emails asking for personal data and passwords.

3) ABOUT PAYMENTS
- Your bank details are NOT STORED with me.
- Some payment types take longer to process than others (eg bank slip). So please be patient while waiting for payment confirmation.

4) ABOUT DEADLINES AND DELIVERY - ILLUSTRATION SERVICES
- For illustration services, the delivery time is as stated in the service description.
- You need to send me the briefing document (which is where you will tell me all the details of how you want your design) so that I can proceed with the work.
- Before painting the illustration, you will receive a sketch and if you are not satisfied with the idea, I will make changes until I reach the result that is satisfactory for you. 
- After the sketch is approved, I start painting and finalizing the drawing. And from there, the only change I'm going to make is relating to the colors. 
- I will email you the final drawing files (.jpg and .pdf).

5) ABOUT REFUNDS
For illustration services: If you withdraw from the project:
      - before we start I return the full amount.
      - between the beginning of the sketch until its presentation, the refund will be 50%.
      - after approval of the sketch and start of painting, the refund will be 10%.
      - after delivery I do not refund the amount.
